ordering
Once the order has been received, you will receive an email confirmation with the order number. Payment will be settled once the order has been processed. When the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification as well as a tracking number.


pre-order
Prior to the completion of the garments, the pre-order period allows you to reserve items in the sizes you want. You will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount, excluding shipping fees and taxes, for each order once it has been processed. The remaining 50% in addition to shipping fees and taxes will be charged once the order is ready for shipment. Once the pre-order period ends, we cannot make any changes to sizes, styles, quantity etc., including the cancellation of the order with no exceptions. If any changes such as delays or cancellation of production occur, you will be notified immediately. Only under these circumstances are we able to accommodate the cancellation of pre-orders and issue a complete refund of the deposit amount. Please be sure to take note of the window in which the orders are estimated to be delivered as indicated on the Product Pages.


made to order
Certain garments are exclusively made to order as indicated on their respective Product Pages. Any orders for of these garments will require a 50% deposit of the retail price, excluding shipping fees and taxes, once the order has been processed. The remaining 50% in addition to shipping fees and taxes will be charged once the order is ready for shipment. Once the order has been processed, we cannot make any changes to sizes, styles, quantity etc., including the cancellation of the order with no exceptions. Refunds will only be issued if we cannot fulfill the order. You will be notified immediately and receive a complete refund of the deposit amount. Due to the exceptional nature of these garments, please allow 2-3 weeks for them to be created. We do not accept any requests for customization of the product.

You will be charged accordingly once the order has been processed. Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping information provided when you order.

If a return is made and deemed to be qualified for a refund, the refund will be processed and issued upon the receipt and verification of the state of the item(s). Please note that refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process and appear on your bank account.


returns & exchange
We sincerely hope that you are happy with our products. However, if you are not satisfied, we will accept returns shipped out within 15 days of the receipt of the order. Please use the pre-paid return label provided with the shipment. Items must be returned in the original condition with tags still attached. Items returned to us that appear damaged, used, and/or worn more than once will not be accepted for returns or exchanges and, therefore, will not be eligible for a refund.

If items are sent to us past the 15 day window, please be advised that the return might not be accepted and will only qualify at the discretion of Khoman Room. Additionally, late returns may only be refunded as store credit.

All garments that are made to order are only eligible for store credit without exception due to the fact that these items are only produced at the request from a customer when the order has been placed.
